We cycled through miles of rice paddy fields in the Thai countryside, bumped into locals who were ‘harvesting’ their shrimps, tasted rice fresh from the fields and coconuts fresh off the trees (big deal for me since I’m rice’s and coconut’s biggest fan) and played with kids from the local schools. It was all VERY green and VERY blue. Lovely lovely experience. More to come!
